Have greater support for multi CPU/GPU processing

I have noticed that if using Active presenter to capture anything that is giving the results of PC performance there can be quite a large overhead on use of resources that affects testing results, so if more hardware acceleration can be used here, as well as when exporting, then it would improve the product tremendously.
